Being an Advisor

Was there an adviser or alumna who made a difference to you in your life as a collegian?  There are many opportunities for alumnae to serve as role models and mentors to today's college women.

All collegiate chapters have an advisory council composed of volunteer alumnae.  Members of the advisory council are partnered with individual chapter officers and guide them in areas such as chapter operations, scholarship, new member development, membership recruitment, finance and sisterhood development.  The advisers help the collegians with goal setting, time management and organization.  Advisory council positions vary greatly and can accommodate alumnae who are not within driving distance of the chapter or who have limited time available to help.
